All orders are shipped directly from our facility in Cape Coral, Florida.

Delivery Timelines

Domestic (USA): Typically takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery once the order has been dispatched.

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Missing or Delayed Packages

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. OneProCard is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
