Order Processing & Production

Every TAPQRis custom-programmed and quality-checked to ensure it works perfectly for your specific business.

  • Production Time: Orders are processed and programmed within 1 business day.

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Origins & Carriers

All orders are shipped directly from our facility in Cape Coral, Florida.

  • Primary Carrier: USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • Service Level: Standard Ground / First Class.

Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic (USA): Typically takes 3 to 5 business days for delivery once the order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: [I6.70.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $60.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management.

  2. Contact your local USPS office.

  3. If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days, reach out to us at contact@tapqr.com. so we can assist you.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. OneProCard is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
