2. PRODUCT USAGE & COMPLIANCE

OneProCard provides contactless NFC and QR code hardware designed to facilitate the collection of Google Reviews.

No Affiliation: TAPQR is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
Platform Rules: You agree to use our products in compliance with Google’s official "Contributed Content Policy." We are not responsible for any suspension or action taken by Google against your Business Profile due to review solicitation practices.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, text, graphics, and technology incorporated into TAPQR products and this website are the intellectual property of TAPQR. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our designs or software is strictly prohibited.

4. NO APP REQUIRED TECHNOLOGY

Our products utilize standard NFC (Near Field Communication) and QR code technology. While we guarantee compatibility with most modern smartphones (iOS and Android), we are not liable for older devices that lack NFC hardware or QR scanning capabilities.

5. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall OneProCard, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost Google rankings, arising from your use of any of our products.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
